Service Cancellation

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that circumstances may change, and we will work with you to reschedule services when possible.

For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, no fees will be charged. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur a fee of up to 25% of the service cost to cover preparation and scheduling expenses.

In cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to find a suitable solution. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment.

Refund Policy

Refunds for services are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 30 days of service completion to discuss your concerns. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.

Refund eligibility depends on several factors, including the nature of the service, the reason for the refund request, and whether the service has been completed. Partial refunds may be available for services that have been partially completed.

To request a refund, please contact us with your service details and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.

Product Returns

Products purchased from Throxxenchdraxeo may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition and packaging. Custom or installed products are not eligible for return.

To return a product, please contact us to obtain a return authorization. All returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or we made an error.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Products that have been installed or used
  • Products damaged due to misuse or abuse
  • Products returned after the 30-day return period

Warranty Claims

Products and installations covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost, subject to the terms of the specific warranty agreement. Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period.

Our standard warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. Warranty coverage typically includes:

  • Free repair or replacement of defective components
  • Labor costs for warranty repairs
  • Priority service scheduling for warranty issues

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, natural disasters, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your service details and a description of the issue.

Installation Issues

If you experience issues with an installation, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve any problems promptly and ensure your satisfaction. Our team will investigate the issue and provide appropriate solutions, which may include repair, adjustment, or replacement of components.

We offer a 90-day guarantee on all installations. If you experience any problems related to our installation work within 90 days of completion, we will address the issue at no additional cost.

For issues discovered after the 90-day period, we will still work with you to resolve problems, though standard service rates may apply depending on the nature of the issue and warranty coverage.

Exchanges

We may offer product exchanges for items of equal or greater value, subject to availability. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase and are subject to the same conditions as returns. You may be responsible for any price difference and shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to help us process your claim quickly.

We will cover all costs associated with returning damaged or defective items, including shipping. Our goal is to resolve these issues as quickly as possible to minimize any inconvenience.
